Cardiac arrhythmia treatment folk remedies ⋆ Heart treatment

Arrhythmia – a malfunction or violation of the heart rhythm of contractions and heart muscle frequency. It manifests itself in various cardiovascular diseases, for example, myocardiopathy, myocardial dystrophy, myocarditis and coronary heart disease (CHD). Arrhythmias very often cause circulatory failure, heart failure, burden the labor and life prognosis. Treatment of arrhythmias is carried out strictly individually.

In general, the normal rhythm of the heart muscle, as a rule, is provided by a special conductive system. Such a system has a large number of plexuses and nerve fibers that transmit generated electrical impulses in a certain order, causing contraction and excitation of the myocardium (heart muscles).

Any disturbances in this complex system lead to the appearance or exacerbation of circulatory failure, a drop in blood pressure up to an arrhythmic collapse (shock). Finally, certain types of ventricular arrhythmias can portend the onset of sudden death from ventricular fibrillation; these include ventricular paroxysmal tachycardia, ventricular extrasystole (polytopic, group, paired and early).

    with bradycardia, a decrease in the heart rate occurs; with tachycardia, on the contrary, increased frequency; heart rate does not deviate from the norm.

An accurate diagnosis of arrhythmia can be detected only by conducting special tests and relevant studies, which results in the prescribing of a medical course of treatment. And in parallel to drug treatment, you can use the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias with folk remedies. They have a relatively low cost, do not have any side effects and have a milder effect.

But it is worth recalling that before using any alternative recipes, you must first consult with your doctor, as it is he who will consider the feasibility or necessity of such an alternative treatment. Also, using recipes of traditional medicine, it is necessary to adhere to the indicated doses, as well as the proportions.

In addition to treating cardiac arrhythmias with folk remedies, it is necessary to competently organize a diet, lead an active lifestyle and observe the daily regimen.

If disturbances in heart rhythms are accompanied by vomiting and nausea, it is necessary to take barley oat. Scale barley with boiling water, cool slightly and mix with a little sugar. The finished composition must be taken 30 grams at a time.

    Adonis decoction for the treatment of arrhythmias.

Boil water in a small container, then reduce heat and add adonis. Boil everything for about 3-4 minutes. Ratio: one quarter of water per four grams of grass. Next, remove the container with the broth from the stove tightly with a lid and put it in a dark, warm place. After about 20 minutes, strain. Ready composition to take 1 tablespoon daily 3 times. In just a couple of days you will feel much better.

In case of any heart rhythm disturbances, it will be very effective and useful to cleanse the body, as well as switch to normal healthy food – apple soup, bread, milk, pumpkin, etc. pre-soaked in apple or red wine, etc. But if it is difficult for the patient to refuse meat, then it is better to eat poultry meat with the addition of diluted vinegar, juice of willow fruit or sour grape juice.

Grate about 500 grams of lemon, add 500 grams of honey to it and 20 crushed 1 apricot kernels. Mix everything thoroughly and take tablespoon before meals every day in the morning and evening.

For the treatment of atrial fibrillation folk remedies, you can use the following recipe. Take 1 tablespoon of caraway seeds (fruits), fennel valerian root (fruits), peppermint, pharmacy chamomile flowers and cook a decoction. Be sure to leave to infuse for 6 hours, strain. It is recommended to take the finished product in the evenings by 1 tablespoon of the decoction once a day.

If you have a mild form of arrhythmia, then you can try the following folk remedy. To prepare it, you need to chop a small head of onion and grind one small apple on a fine grater, then mix everything well. The prepared mixture should be taken twice a day, but always in between meals. The course of treatment is one month.

Most patients who suffered from cardiac arrhythmias for a long time, after starting treatment with a lovage, simply simply forgot about this ailment. To prepare the infusion, you need to pour forty grams of the plant roots with one liter of boiling water. Leave to brew for about 8-10 hours.

As soon as the infusion is infused, strain and take 1 liter throughout the day. We take this composition, it is not limited, so you can drink more. Such a folk remedy helps to get rid of heart pains, people who suffer from arrhythmia.

    Hawthorn for the treatment of arrhythmia.

An excellent folk remedy for treating arrhythmia is hawthorn. Even our ancestors used this recipe to heal this ailment. To prepare such a medicine, mix the alcohol tinctures of valerian, motherwort and of course hawthorn. The listed tinctures can be purchased at your nearest pharmacy.

Place well-mixed ingredients in the refrigerator and leave to infuse throughout the day. The next day, the finished mixture can be taken thirty minutes before a meal, 1 teaspoon three times a day. In one and a half to two months you will forget about your medicines and pills.

You can also cook another good tool based on the same hawthorn. Pour a glass of boiling water with thirty pieces of broken berries along with the seeds. Then boil everything for 10 minutes over low heat. Cool and strain through cheesecloth. Throughout the day, in small sips you need to drink this mixture.

Pour 1 tablespoon of rosehip berries, previously peeled from seeds, with two glasses of boiling water and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Leave the infusion for 2-3 hours, well insist, drain. In the resulting infusion, you need to add a spoonful of bee natural honey. Such an infusion should be taken with a weakened heart muscle, half a glass half an hour before meals twice a day.

In general, this recipe for traditional medicine has proven itself not only in the treatment of arrhythmia, but also from many other ailments. Take 200 grams of raisins, walnuts and dried apricots, 5 tablespoons of honey and one lemon. Squeeze the lemon juice and move well with honey. Melissa herb from arrhythmia.

Such a recipe is used as a sedative for cardiac upset. To do this, prepare an infusion of lemon balm as follows: pour a tablespoon of lemon balm with two glasses of boiling water and insist in a warm dark place for 15-20 minutes. Then filter and take three times a day for half a glass.

For patients with the slightest violation of the heart rhythm, it is necessary to stay more cool, that is, in well-ventilated rooms. Also, it will be very useful for them to use a chest dressing with a cooling effect prepared with rose water, camphor and a rose.

Arrhythmia occurs due to the fact that the passage of an electrical impulse through the nerve tissues that control myocardial contractions is impaired. As a result, the frequency changes or the rhythm of the heartbeats goes astray. However, the reasons for this violation can be very different. For successful treatment, it is necessary to determine the type and specific causes of arrhythmia.

  1. Sinus arrhythmia. It manifests itself either in the form of bradycardia, when the heart rate drops to 55 beats per minute or less, or vice versa, in the form of tachycardia, heart palpitations, when the heart rate exceeds 100 beats per minute.
  2. Extrasystole: an unplanned contraction of the heart that occurs when the heart muscle is not ready for it. The normal rhythm is broken, the heart is intermittent.
  3. Atrial fibrillation. This is a very dangerous type of arrhythmia: random contractions occur in the heart, they lead to disruption of the interaction between different parts of the myocardium. The heart contracts irregularly, the pulse constantly changes in the interval of plus or minus 20 beats per minute.
  4. Blockades: complete or partial blocking of the electrical signal in the structures of the myocardium. This is the most dangerous variant of arrhythmias. The heart rate decreases sharply, convulsions begin, a person loses consciousness and can die without urgent medical attention.

The cause of arrhythmias is usually a disease. Moreover, this is not necessarily a heart disease – a variety of diseases can lead to malfunctions of the myocardium. Most often, the cause of arrhythmia is:

  • myocardial infarction
  • coronary artery disease
  • cardiomyopathies and heart valve diseases
  • diabetes
  • endocrine diseases, especially thyroid disease
  • climacteric
  • chronic lung diseases
  • diseases of the nervous system, neurosis, head injury, brain tumor

To get rid of such arrhythmias, it is necessary to treat the underlying disease, including folk remedies.

Also, arrhythmia is congenital, due to the abnormal structure of the heart. In this case, alternative recipes will help strengthen the heart muscle and reduce the risk of serious complications.

Functional arrhythmias that occur in healthy people as a result of mental and physical overload, poisoning, taking certain medications, and even malnutrition are also widespread.

  • athletes bradycardia: in trained people, the heart rate decreases due to the increased volume of blood pushed out by the heart in one beat; a pulse of less than 60 beats per minute is considered in this case the norm, and not pathology
  • tachycardia of children and adolescents: in children, the heart beats more often than in adults, since all metabolic processes in their body proceed much faster; in infants, the normal pulse is 140-160, in children – up to 110-120 beats per minute

What is arrhythmia?

Arrhythmia is a violation of the rhythm and heart rate. In the life of any person, a situation can happen when the body is forced to accelerate or slow down these indicators. In case of stress, an increase in heart rate is normal, but a chronic deviation definitely requires treatment. The most dangerous varieties of arrhythmias are flickering and fluttering, leading to a rapid heartbeat of up to 290-320 beats per minute and higher. There are other types of arrhythmias, such as:

  1. Extrasystole, the cause of which in most cases are various diseases of the gallbladder, the consequences of myocarditis and VVD. Extrasystoles are premature contractions made by the heart muscle. Their source is not the sinus nodes, but the ventricle or atrium.
  2. Bradycardia is a type of arrhythmia, which is characterized by a rather modest number of contractions (not more than 60 per minute). It can be observed in professional athletes, but most often it is a consequence of various cardiac pathologies.
  3. Paroxysmal type tachycardia is characterized by a large number of heart beats per minute (from 145 to 250), as well as the sharp nature of the onset and end of the attack.
  4. Sinus arrhythmia is often diagnosed in children and adolescents and is an incorrect alternation of heartbeats. Most often it does not require medical intervention, and to restore a normal rhythm it is enough to hold your breath for 5-10 seconds.

Arrhythmia is often found in patients suffering from coronary disease and various heart defects. Failure in the frequency of contractions is also observed after myocardial infarction and in the presence of chronic diseases of the cardiovascular system. Arrhythmias are often caused by:

  • regular overwork at work;
  • the presence of bad habits;
  • abuse of drugs or drinks containing caffeine;
  • violation of general metabolism;
  • fungi, infections;
  • various pathologies of the myocardium and brain.

When the cause is eliminated, heart rate indicators quickly return to normal. If a disease of moderate or functional type does not require serious therapeutic intervention, then the toxic, extracardiac and organic forms need to be completely eliminated from the causes that triggered the onset of the disease.

How to treat different types of arrhythmias at home?

The effectiveness of most recipes of alternative medicine is based on the effects of vitamins and minerals found in fruits, vegetables and herbs. Most of the remedies recommended by traditional healers are easy to prepare at home.

In addition to fruits, vegetables and herbs, many recipes use nuts and honey, whose beneficial effects on the heart have also been known for a long time. Most of these natural medicines are not only healthy, but also delicious. If you take them according to the scheme agreed with your doctor, they do not give any side effects.

When choosing a specific recipe, it is important to take into account such a factor as the possible individual intolerance of one or another component. If any product causes an allergy, then it is better to dwell on another traditional medicine.

With this disease, a diet rich in fruits and vegetables is very useful. They saturate the body with all the necessary substances, strengthen the heart, normalize the work of the cardiovascular system and improve overall well-being.

Receiving a variety of mixtures prepared according to the recipes of traditional healers, is often more effective than the usual consumption of fruits and vegetables for food.

Vitamin mixture

You need to grate the lemon on a grater, add the same amount of honey and 20 ground apricot kernel kernels. This tool should be taken in the mornings and evenings (1 tablespoon).

Potato juice

For half a month it is recommended to drink on an empty stomach half a glass of juice from raw potatoes. This is one of the folk remedies for atrial fibrillation, which are effective in the early stages.

Vitamin Puree

It is necessary to take an equal amount of raisins, figs and walnuts. Nuts are crushed with a coffee grinder, figs and raisins are passed through a meat grinder. These products are thoroughly mixed with honey.

Mashed potatoes are recommended to take one tablespoon twice a day. This is one of the folk remedies for atrial fibrillation, which can be used for a long time – up to several months.

It is necessary to prepare 250 grams of horseradish root and 3 liters of boiling water. Horseradish root is grated and poured with boiling water, then the mixture is boiled for 20 minutes over low heat. The product removed from the fire is cooled and filtered. It is recommended to drink half a glass of this natural medicine 3 times a day. It is effective for atrial fibrillation at any age.

Pumpkin juice

Pumpkin is a source of vitamins and minerals that can return the heart rate to normal levels. It is recommended to consume a third of a glass of pumpkin juice three times a day.

Watermelon juice

Watermelon contains a huge amount of potassium and magnesium, which the cardiovascular system extremely needs. It is enough to drink three glasses of watermelon juice per day.

Garlic syrup

It is necessary to prepare 20 grams of garlic, grated on a fine grater, mix with sugar (100 grams), place the mixture in a glass, pour boiling water to the top. The contents of the glass should be mixed thoroughly to completely dissolve the sugar. This folk remedy for atrial fibrillation is insisted in a dark, warm place for 4-6 hours and is drunk 3 times a day in a tablespoon.

It is necessary to pour 50 grams of garlic in 1 cup of vodka and leave for three days in a warm place. This alternative medicine has a beneficial effect if you drink it three times a day for 8 drops and drink it with a sip of cold water. Often, to maintain a normal heart rhythm, it is enough and simple to use one clove of garlic every day.

For many diseases, treatment with Carpathian folk remedies is effective, and atrial fibrillation is one of them. It is necessary to prepare juice from 3 kilograms of onions, 500 grams of honey, a partition of 25 walnuts and half a liter of vodka. All ingredients are mixed, the mixture is infused in a dark place for 10 days. He recommends drinking a tablespoon of this natural medicine three times a day.

How to treat atrial fibrillation with folk remedies based on herbs and fees? Many herbs and fees have proven effective in treating a variety of pathological heart rhythms, including atrial fibrillation.

The most affordable and safe medicinal plants that normalize heart rate are Adonis and Lily of the valley. Their healing effect is associated with the content of cardiac glycosides in them. In many cases, the collection is effective, including lily of the valley, adonis, periwinkle grass, mint, lemon balm grass, color of hawthorn, ivan tea, chestnut flowers.

With atrial fibrillation, there is a high risk of blood clots, the consequence of which can be a stroke. Typically, patients are prescribed drugs that promote blood thinning. Some plants have this effect, in particular, yellow clover and horse chestnut.

In folk medicine, clover grass collected during flowering is widely used. As for horse chestnut, flowers, fruits, fruit seeds, young shoots, leaves possess healing properties. Also, to dilute blood, you can use a decoction of wild rose and hawthorn.

If atrial fibrillation is accompanied by hypertension, then complex treatment is necessary. For these purposes, hypotensive plants are suitable – lingonberry, motherwort, bearberry, cinnamon, lemon balm, nettle, mint. They make alcohol tinctures.

Horse chestnut

To 1 teaspoon of chopped flowers or chestnut leaves, the same amount of clover grass is added. Everything is filled with water and boiled for a quarter of an hour over low heat. Insist means should be half an hour. It gives a healing effect if you take it in a tablespoon four times a day.

Yarrow

With chopped yarrow grass, fill a liter bottle or jar to half. The contents of the container are filled with alcohol, closed with a lid and left in a dry place for a period of 10 days. Strained infusion should be taken in the morning and before dinner (no more than a teaspoon).

Calendula

It is necessary to pour a tablespoon of calendula flowers with water (300 ml), leave it warm for an hour, strain. This remedy gives a good effect if you drink it half a glass three times a day. The patient is not recommended to use this or that prescription without prior consultation with the attending physician. The specialist, having carefully studied the causes and symptoms of atrial fibrillation, will recommend treatment with folk remedies that is effective in this case.

Atrial fibrillation is the most common disease of our time. According to various sources, only the Russian Federation suffers from him from two to two and a half million people. In the near future, the number of these patients will slowly but steadily increase due to an aging population.

I greet all the friends of the traditional medicine recipes medical blog who have looked at this page in search of methods for treating atrial fibrillation. This article is a supplement to my previous one on the same topic, “How to treat cardiac arrhythmias with folk remedies”

Atrial fibrillation, which is internationally called atrial fibrillation, is not an independent disease, as many scientists believe. This ailment, as a rule, develops against a background of heart defects, angina pectoris, coronary heart disease (CHD), and hypertension. Atrial fibrillation can occur with increased thyroid function or shortly after an abundant holiday feast, and then disappear without a trace after a while.

  • Paroxysmal – a continuation of the attack from 30 seconds to 7 days.
  • Sustained – the attack lasts more than a week.
  • Constant – atrial fibrillation persists for years.

With atrial fibrillation, an uncoordinated electrical activity of the atria is noted with a subsequent deterioration of the contractile function of the myocardium. In a healthy person, 4 heart chambers (2 ventricles and 2 atria) are reduced rhythmically one after another, and with atrial fibrillation they are reduced randomly, as if “flicker”, hence the name of the disease, which leads to insufficient and uneven blood supply to all organs.

The disease manifests itself in patients in different ways: some do not feel any discomfort, others complain of shortness of breath, palpitations, chest pain, dizziness, weakness, less often – fainting.

Atrial fibrillation per se does not pose a threat to the patient’s life, however, the disease exacerbates the course of cardiovascular disease, against which it arose and significantly worsens its prognosis.

In addition, atrial fibrillation significantly increases the risk of death from a stroke due to the formation of blood clots in the chambers of the heart and their subsequent entry into the blood vessels. With atrial fibrillation, heart contraction can occur with a different frequency: from very frequent (200 or more beats per minute), to rare (60 or less). The prognosis is worse, the higher the heart rate.

The treatment of the disease has 3 main directions:

  1. to keep the heart rate at 60 beats per minute;
  2. continuous prevention of thrombosis;
  3. restoration of the sinus rhythm of contractions with its subsequent retention.

It is possible to ensure a normal heart rate by taking beta-blockers (betalok, concor), calcium antagonists (amlodipine, norvask), digitalis preparations (digoxin) and some antiarrhythmics (amiodarone).

To prevent blood clots, the doctor prescribes antiplatelet agents (blood thinners), which include warfarin and aspirin. Patients take these drugs at a certain dose for life.

As for the restoration of the sinus rhythm, it is solved at the modern level by catheter ablation – a special cardiosurgical method, which consists in destroying groups of heart cells that generate pathological impulses (this is achieved using an ultrahigh frequency current).

This method is the final one when drug therapy was ineffective. To resort to this technique should be those cases when the paroxysmal form of atrial fibrillation arose for the first time and the wrong rhythm frequency is accompanied by clinical signs that worsen the patient’s life, as well as with the threat of complications.

Yarrow in this collection remarkably helps with bradycardia, other components have a calming effect and thin the blood.

Arrhythmia of the heart cannot be called a separate, independent disease. This is a whole complex of disorders in the cardiovascular system, which leads to malfunctions of the “main muscle” of our body. In a healthy person, the pulse rate ranges from 60-80 beats per minute. If you deviate from this parameter in one direction or another, we are talking about the presence of arrhythmia.

Cardiac arrhythmia has its own varieties and names, and for each type of violation there are symptoms and manifestations. For example, with tachycardia, the heart beats very quickly, sometimes so that the patient can literally hear his heartbeat in his ears, especially at night. With bradycardia, on the contrary, the sinus rhythm is disturbed in the opposite direction, and the patient has a weak pulse. The causes of cardiac arrhythmias are diverse – both endogenous and exogenous factors can provoke a violation.

In addition to the generally accepted concepts of tachycardia or

, there are rare fluctuations in the background of a normal, healthy heart rate. They are called extrasystoles. Atrial pulmonary arrhythmia is usually regarded as the most severe pulse disturbance. In this case, there is persistent uneven heart rate.

There are many folk remedies for atrial fibrillation and tachycardia, however, if your disease really brings you great discomfort and you feel bad, it makes sense to undergo conservative medical treatment under the supervision of a cardiologist.

There are many reasons for the violation, and the treatment of arrhythmias with folk remedies should have a clear relationship with the elimination of provoking factors. As we already mentioned, it is worth excluding from your life all kinds of catalysts for heart rhythm disturbances.

It is worth noting that arrhythmia can occur in an absolutely healthy person. Extraordinary tremors, or extrasystoles, appear against a background of changes in the psychoemotional state, increased physical activity, a schematic intake of medications, and even malnutrition

Among the common causes of arrhythmia, the following factors should be highlighted:

  1. Excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages and frequent active smoking;
  2. Abuse of energy and caffeinated drinks;
  3. Emotional lability (acute reaction to psycho-emotional stimuli, as well as prolonged nervous stresses);
  4. Depressive states;
  5. Intense physical activity;
  6. Violations of the general metabolic processes;
  7. Infectious processes in the body;
  8. Fungal infestations;
  9. Brain pathology;

Past heart and vascular diseases (coronary disease, hypertension, congenital malformations, myocarditis and other pathological conditions); Menopause in women and men.

Symptoms of the disorder are also diverse, and the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias with folk remedies is often aimed precisely at stopping them, especially if they cause serious discomfort to a person. Sometimes manifestations of arrhythmias significantly reduce the quality of life, and can even interfere with everyday activities.

This is true if a malfunction in the heart rhythm is steady and strong. The destabilization of the rhythm between heart contractions does not lead to related pathologies of the heart, but very often their consequence. Therefore, it is important to fully test your body, paying particular attention to cardiac diseases.

symptomatology

Arrhythmia manifests itself in different ways. For example, with tachycardia, patients often complain of a general state of anxiety and anxiety. They can literally “hear” the beat of their heart, especially before bedtime.

With this violation, sweating is significantly enhanced, the patient may suffer from hyperhidrosis, not understanding what is his cause. In severe cases, frequent syncopal conditions (loss of consciousness) are observed.

With bradycardia, on the contrary, the heart rate decreases sharply. In this case, there is severe weakness, apathy, decreased performance, fatigue with the slightest effort. Short-term fainting occurs. A person often feels severe dizziness and darkening in his eyes. The skin becomes pale, “cold sweat” may appear.

Extrasystole is the most common form of cardiac arrhythmia. Pathology is characterized by extraordinary cardiac tremors. The main symptom of this problem is premature contraction of the heart muscle. The patient can feel it as an intense push in the chest. Along with this, a short-term fading of the heart can be observed, which the patient also clearly feels.

Atrial fibrillation manifests itself even brighter, because in this case, the frequency of contractions of the heart muscle can exceed 150 beats per minute. Interruptions in the functioning of the muscular organ in this case are felt especially clearly. The patient feels constant oxygen starvation, shortness of breath, excitement, tension, severe dizziness.

With this problem, the so-called “heart block”, in which the pulse falls or disappears completely, convulsions begin and loss of consciousness occur. Alas, traditional medicine is not always able to cope with such conditions. In general, the treatment of arrhythmias with folk remedies gives good results.

For the treatment of atrial fibrillation with folk remedies, phytotherapeutic infusions and decoctions are excellently suitable. However, herbs are not the only things that can help you deal with your problem.

  • Take one small head of onion, peel it and grind on a fine grater;
  • Do the same with a small sour apple;
  • Mix the resulting mashed potatoes;
  • Take this product twice a day, between breakfast and lunch, as well as lunch and dinner;
  • The amount of “medicine” with a single dose is one teaspoon;
  • The duration of treatment is one month.
  1. Boil 250 ml of pure distilled water in a saucepan;
  2. Reduce the heat to a minimum;
  3. Pour four grams of adonis herb into the boiling liquid;
  4. Boil the mixture over low heat for several minutes;
  5. Remove the pan from the stove, cover it with a lid, wrap it with a warm cloth and place it in a dry, warm place for half an hour;
  6. Strain the resulting broth and take it three times a day, one tablespoon;
  7. The course of such treatment is 2-3 weeks, depending on the dynamics and results.
  • Take forty grams of grated roots of a lovage and pour one liter of clean drinking water (boiling water);
  • Let it brew in a dark place for eight hours;
  • Strain the infusion and drink all the liquid obtained during the day;
  • If the pains in the heart associated with arrhythmia still do not go away, prepare for yourself more infusion;
  • It is necessary to drink a liter of tincture lovage throughout the day;
  • The course of treatment is individual, and its duration depends on the dynamics of therapy.

The most effective treatments

What to do with arrhythmias at home? Professor Neumyvakin recommends using familiar products such as hydrogen peroxide and soda to combat the disease. The first ingredient helps prevent oxygen deficiency necessary for normal tissue development. Soda, in turn, is an affordable means to restore the acid-base balance, in case of violation of which an exacerbation of atrial fibrillation is observed.

The essence of the method proposed by the professor boils down to the need for daily intake of one fourth of a teaspoon of soda diluted in a glass of water. You need to drink this drug shortly before the very first meal. A single dose of soda is gradually increasing, however, the amount of powder consumed at a time should not exceed three teaspoons. It is best to treat the heart with this affordable and easy way with a course lasting from a month to six months.

It is important to remember that soda is a very effective natural laxative, therefore, its use on a full stomach can entail a number of such unpleasant symptoms:

  • belching;
  • frequent urge to defecate;
  • increased gassing.

It is for this reason that it should be taken on an empty stomach. Instead of water, you can use milk heated to 55 degrees. It is worth treating arrhythmias with baking soda, starting with the minimum dosage. The amount of 3% hydrogen peroxide per glass should not exceed 5-6 drops. A similar remedy is used for tachycardia and atrial fibrillation.

How to relieve arrhythmia at home? A special massage of the lower spine and lower back, which is done exclusively with fists, can help with this. A two-minute procedure, performed according to the correct method, is able to stop the onset of an attack and stabilize the patient’s condition in the shortest possible time. In the absence of a competent massage therapist nearby, you can use these types of physical activity in order to avoid an attack:

  • squats in the amount of several tens, arms should be extended forward;
  • placing your hands on your hips, and legs – shoulder width apart, you need to carry out rotational movements of the pelvis;
  • make a dozen push-ups from a chair or from the floor;
  • box with an invisible opponent for no more than a few minutes.

After the workout has come to an end, it is important to complete it with relaxing breathing exercises. Spending 10-15 minutes of such physical activity every day can not only cure arrhythmia, but also tone the body, increase efficiency and stabilize the functioning of the cardiovascular system as a whole.

How to treat arrhythmia at home? It is worth remembering that the tablet is able to remove the attack, but is not able to save a person from malfunctions in the myocardium. Those patients who are not limited to taking pharmaceuticals prescribed by the attending physician, but combine them with traditional medicine recipes, are much more likely to permanently get rid of arrhythmia.

In order for the atrial fibrillation (better known as atrial fibrillation) to stop bothering as quickly as possible, adults and children should exclude fatty and fried foods from the menu, often go out and go outdoors. A child suffering from a similar problem is recommended to be sent to the swimming or athletics section.
