  6. As a treatment for the presented disease, squats have a positive effect if they are performed at a slow pace and in accordance with standard instructions. Repetitions – 11 times at intervals of a minute.
  7. After squats, perform walking on the spot for at least 2-3 minutes – this activity ends the entire lesson.
